DATA SCIENCE WITH DENNIS · THE DENNIS METHOD FOR YOUR RESUME
Terms of Use
Effective October 12, 2026 · Version 2026-10-12.2
The service and these terms
These terms govern The Dennis Method For Your Resume, operated by Data Science With Dennis LLC, Las Vegas, Nevada, United States. Effective October 12, 2026. Contact privacy@datasciencewithdennis.com. By selecting the start acknowledgment, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter an agreement. The Privacy Notice explains our data practices; acknowledging it does not waive your privacy rights.
What the service does
We provide an AI-assisted career interview, career knowledge bank, resume revisions, one-page PDF previews and downloads. Features may change. Accounts, payments and voice features are not currently offered. If paid services are introduced, prices and payment terms will be presented before you are charged. There is no fee or purchase commitment created by these terms.
Your content and permission to process it
You retain your rights in information and material you provide. You give us permission to store, process and transmit that content to our service providers as needed to provide the service and conduct the service-quality review described in the Privacy Notice. This is not permission to sell your career history, publish it, or use it as a testimonial. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use and edit the resumes generated for you. AI output may not be unique, and we do not promise that it qualifies for copyright protection.
Accuracy and your review
AI can misunderstand your story, infer incorrectly or produce inaccurate claims. Check your contact information, employers, dates, credentials, skills, years and every statement before using or sharing a resume. Correct unsupported claims rather than presenting them as true. A one-page check verifies page count, not factual accuracy or suitability. You remain responsible for the resume you choose to submit.
No outcome guarantee
This is a writing and career-organization tool, not a recruiter, employer or professional legal adviser. We do not guarantee an interview, job offer, salary, hiring result or compatibility with every applicant-tracking system. Dennis does not personally review every resume. The service does not submit applications or make hiring decisions for you.
Appropriate use
Provide information you have a right to use. Do not impersonate another person, fabricate credentials, submit unlawful or unnecessary sensitive material, interfere with the service, attempt to access another person's data or use automation to bypass usage limits. Do not submit confidential employer documents without authorization. We may limit or suspend misuse or excessive requests to keep the service available.
Access, availability and copies
Access currently depends on this browser's session cookie, not a permanent account. Clearing cookies, switching browsers or expiration can prevent access. Starting a new interview does not delete the previous one. Download important resumes and use the privacy controls or contact us for data requests. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or recovery of lost access. We will explain material service changes where appropriate.
Limitations and your legal rights
The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not provide warranties of uninterrupted service, error-free output or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies, warranties or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver or an invented monetary liability cap. A local mandatory consumer protection continues to apply where applicable.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. We publish the version and effective date and seek a new acknowledgment for material updates. Changes do not authorize undisclosed use of previously collected information. Contact privacy@datasciencewithdennis.com with questions or concerns.
